What is CORE?
CORE is a remote screen fleet management and AI content orchestration platform. You connect TVs and displays to the internet (called "screens"), schedule content to render on them, and orchestrate live experiences across your venue from one dashboard. It is built around four engines: Create. Orchestrate. Render. Experience.
Experiences
An Experience bundles a playlist, a target screen group, and optional timing rules. You build it in the Experience Creation page with templates, then schedule it to go live when you need it — a daily breakfast menu, an event show, or an emergency override. Scenes help you switch modes (morning / happy hour / event / emergency) by priority.
Setup in minutes
Sign up, pair a player device (Android TV, Fire TV, browser, or Raspberry Pi) with a 6-digit pairing code from the Screens page, drop your first ContentBlock (a welcome card or special) into a Playlist, and deploy the playlist. The TV picks up the content over the cloud connection. Health monitoring flags offline screens automatically.
Joining engagement sessions
Guests join games from the browser on their own phones — no app install. Each session shows a QR code and a join code on the shared display. Scan or type the code, pick a clean nickname, and the player controls answer taps; the scoreboard updates live on the TV. Public demos of Cosmic Quiz Arena and CORE Strike let you try the experience with no host or login.
Games Hub
CORE ships engagement games — Poll Vote, Trivia Arena, Bingo, Karaoke, Raffle, and CORE Strike (a single-player arcade shooter with a multi-generation evolution mode). Hosts start a session from the dashboard choose a trivia pack, theme, and scoring mode; the shared display shows the join code; players answer from their phones.
3D Virtual Host
The Virtual Host is an AI-driven 3D character who welcomes guests, calls bingo numbers, introduces karaoke, and hosts trivia with synchronized animations and voice. Each presentation is logged with cost and latency, and a deterministic fallback keeps the show moving even when AI is unavailable. Try the public Virtual Host demo from the home page.
Teams & roles
Organizations are created by an owner. Owners invite members with roles: Admin, Manager, Operator, Staff (PIN-only venue access), Game Host, or read-only viewers. Corporate admins administer the entire platform. Roles control who can create, edit, push content, or start live games — and every consequential action is audit-logged.

Common questions
Do I need a smart TV or any special hardware?
Any device with a browser — Android TV, Fire TV, Chromecast, Raspberry Pi, a laptop, or a kiosk — can run the CORE player app. Just pair it with the 6-digit code shown on your Screens page.
Can guests join games without registering?
Yes. Game guests join from their own phones with a QR code or join code and a chosen nickname. No sign-up, no app install. The host controls the session; the shared display shows the leaderboard live.
What can I try without an account?
The home page links to three public demos: Cosmic Quiz Arena, CORE Strike, and the 3D Virtual Host. These run in an isolated sandbox and do not create production sessions or persist data.
How do I put content on a screen?
From your dashboard: create a ContentBlock, add it to a Playlist, then deploy the Playlist to a Screen or Screen Group. The screen fetches content over its cloud connection and starts playing immediately; scheduling lets you activate it at the right time.
Can I run announcements and override the music?
Yes. The Live Announcer publishes audio announcements to selected screens with optional personality presets. Emergency overrides bypass quiet hours and audio ducking at your direction. Audio zones let you control volumes and EQ per area.
Can I link smart locks?
Yes. CORE integrates lock providers (e.g., Schlage, Yale/August) through their OAuth. You provision guest access codes from the dashboard; every command is audit-logged. Pin codes are never stored — only the last four digits appear.
