Terms of Service

CORE is a remote screen fleet management, AI content orchestration, and real-time venue engagement system. The Service includes: digital signage player apps, content studios and playlists, scheduling, scenes, an audio engine, a 3D virtual host, engagement games (polls, trivia, bingo, karaoke, raffles, CORE Strike), guest experiences, smart device integrations, governance infrastructure (agents, workflows, audit), and administrative dashboards.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service and of the legal age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Organizations are provisioned by an owner who invites members with roles ("admin," "manager," "operator," "staff," "game_host," realty roles, corporate-admin roles). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you provide.

Users are created only by invitation. Public demo routes (CORE Strike, the Trivia Arena demo, the CORE 3D Virtual Host demo) require no account and run in an isolated simulation sandbox that does not create production sessions or persist data in your organization.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to display unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or explicit content, or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or overload the Service or bypass rate limits, access controls, or tenant isolation.
• Submit spyware, malware, or content designed to exfiltrate data from player devices; or use engagement features to send spam.
• Use AI generation features to create deceptive media of real people without consent, or to impersonate another person or entity.
• Misrepresent the origin of content you upload, or violate a third-party license, trademark, or right of publicity.
• Resell, sub-license, or white-label the Service without a written reseller agreement.

Responsible-alcohol messaging features are provided to help comply with local alcohol-service laws; compliance is your sole responsibility.

Content you upload or create (media, playlists, templates, schedules, announcements, experiences) remains your property. You grant GuestWire a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, render, transcode, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you and your audience. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this license. GuestWire may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Smart-device data is accessed only through provider OAuth at your direction and remains subject to the provider's terms. You are responsible for obtaining consent from any person whose device or data you commandeer through the Service.

Plans are billed in advance on the schedule you select (monthly or annual) at the published rates. Integration credits are metered per documented capability costs and consumed by AI generation, voice synthesis, and similar provider-backed calls. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise in your plan. You may request to cancel your plan at any time; refunds are issued at GuestWire's discretion as described in your plan agreement or as required by law.

Trials are time-limited; continued use after a trial requires selecting a paid plan. Some capabilities (e.g., specific voice or AI model tiers) consume more credits proportionally and may be governed by runtime kill switches that pause generation to conserve credits.

You are responsible for the physical installation and power of deployed screens up to 10 per Starter plan (more on Professional/Enterprise) and for screen health monitoring. Smart-device commands (lock/unlock, access code provisioning, thermostat, sensor reads) are sent through the provider's API; GuestWire logs audits of these commands but does not guarantee any provider's availability or response time. Emergency-override announcements bypass quiet hours and ducking at your direction.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable. AI-generated content should be reviewed before public display.

The Service integrates third-party providers (AI models, voice synthesis, file storage, email delivery, smart-device makers, OAuth networks). Their terms and policies apply to your use of their services. GuestWire is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestWire and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from the Service or these Terms, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, for trial users, fifty U.S. dollars).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuestWire from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service or any integration, including claims related to the responsible-alcohol use of the platform or smart-device access you granted to another person.

You may stop using the Service at any time. GuestWire may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, material breach, or legal requirement, and may delete accounts dormant for an extended period after notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be surfaced in-app or via email to organization owners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GuestWire Technologies LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
